Go to Settings>Users & rights>Permission Management and make sure the permission View portal insights is enabled for the user profiles that should be able to access the Asset Tracker data. The 'Add asset' button is slow to respond and does not disable itself when the user clicks, so editors can be confused into thinking they need to click it again, while things are working in the background. However the media module was already present in 8.4. When we did that, core 8.5.0 was already out, so we took advantage of some DX improvements only present in the media module in 8.5.x. We're also using the focalpoint module and pulling the focus point data from Bynder. Problem/Motivation In 2954845 we created a version that switched to core media, instead of relying on contrib Media Entity.
